Meet Jimmy Cay

Born and raised in Malmö with roots in Guangxi, China, and Vietnam, my journey with food is a way to reconnect with my heritage. Growing up, I often felt a sense of cultural disconnect, but through food, I found a bridge to my identity. Chinese cuisine is a love language, a way to share history, culture, and memories through every dish I create.

I specialize in crafting authentic Chinese flavors, with my signature dish being Wor Tip / Dzin Gao (煎餃) dumplings: crispy, juicy, and filled with tradition. My goal is to introduce diners to high-quality and authentic dishes that go beyond ingredients and typical restaurant experiences. I hope I can help people connect with a deeper meaning behind food, and to experience truly authentic Chinese cuisine.
